Let’s Dive In!
Stage 1 - Make the dough
In a large bowl, combine the self-raising flour, baking powder, and Greek yoghurt. Mix everything together until a dough forms. Knead the dough for a couple of minutes to bring it all together into a smooth ball.

Stage 2 - Shape the flatbreads
Dust your work surface with flour and divide the dough into four equal pieces. Stretch each piece with your hands or roll it out with a rolling pin until ½cm thick.
Stage 3 - Cook the flatbreads
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Place the dough into the dry pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden and puffed up. Use tongs to flip the flatbreads and cook for the same time on the other side. Remove and keep warm until serving.
It's that easy!
BIFF, BOSH, NOSH!
