Corn Ribs
Ingredients
Corn ribs... Not like you had before!
Corn ribs are a trendy and tasty take on traditional corn on the cob. The process involves quartering the corn lengthwise to create rib-like strips. These strips are then normally deep fried but I have a healthier, tastier and quicker way!
INGREDIENTS
-
4 Corn
-
1 tsp Coriander
-
1 tsp Tajin
-
4 tsp Garlic Mayo
-
50 g Pinkled onions
LET'S DIVE IN...
- Start with getting a large pot of water on the boil, enough to cover all the corn. While the waters boils, peel the corn and remove the husks and silks if needed. With a sharp knife, carefully cut each ear of corn lengthways into halves, and then again, creating the long corn ribs.
